1 Piece Plastic Cake Smoother Tool Scraper with Handle Cake Icing Trowel Fondant Icing Smoother Polisher Cake Icing Smoother Cake Surface Smoother for Cakes Decorating, Purple Handle
A single plastic cake smoother with a handle, about 3.46 x 5.82 inches, for polishing fondant and buttercream to a neater finish.
A fondant smoother is a flat paddle you glide over freshly applied fondant to press out air bubbles, erase fingerprints, and polish the surface to that glass like professional finish. It is a genuinely non optional tool, because hands alone leave dents and warm the fondant. Home decorators get the best results using two smoothers at once, one on top and one on the side, so buying a pair is the smart default. Look for a perfectly flat working face with a gently rounded edge that will not cut into the paste. A comfortable ergonomic handle matters during the long smoothing pass around a full cake. For sharp modern edges, add a flexible smoother, sometimes sold as flexi smoothers, which contour tightly at the top edge where rigid paddles cannot.
