What we liked
- + Two smoothers in one pack, so you can keep a spare or use one for each hand on larger cakes.
- + The listing describes food grade plastic in a 5.7 x 3.1 inch size that fits comfortably over cake tops and sides.
- + The listing says it can also be used on marzipan and sugar paste, not only fondant.
Trade-offs
- - The listing is brief and does not describe handle shape or plastic thickness.
- - Only one size and shape is included, so tight corners or small cakes may need another tool.
