What we liked
- + 20 Inch length is wide enough to roll fondant for standard cakes
- + 1.38 Inch diameter is light and easy to control with both hands
- + PP plastic is lightweight and resists sticking
Trade-offs
- - Slim diameter needs more passes than thicker, heavier rollers
- - No thickness rings, so rolling evenly takes a practiced hand
