What we liked
- + 4 patterns add basket weave, hearts, roses or flowers in one roll
- + Texture goes on in seconds compared with pressing mats by hand
- + Great for side panels on birthday and anniversary cakes
Trade-offs
- - Pattern repeats can misalign where the fondant sheet joins
- - Deep patterns need the fondant rolled flat first with a plain pin
