What we liked
- + Four large mats in a set give pattern variety and enough length to wrap a cake side.
- + The listing describes flexible, food-grade silicone that is reusable.
- + A 15.5 inch mat is long enough for borders on tiered cakes.
Trade-offs
- - Mid-priced at around $16, more than a single basic lace mat.
- - The bullets do not give a temperature range, so oven use is not confirmed in the text.
