What we liked
- + 3 lace mats offer different widths and styles for borders
- + Embossing design works for textured fondant as well as lace strips
- + Silicone flexes easily to pop out finished lace pieces
Trade-offs
- - Smaller set than five-mat packs from similar brands
- - Lace strips can be too short for large cake circumferences
