What we liked
- + 10 scrapers give you several edge profiles without buying tools one at a time
- + Flexible bodies bend slightly around curves, which helps on small round cakes
- + Light plastic tools are easy to hand to beginners and kids at a baking party
Trade-offs
- - Flexible scrapers can flex under pressure and leave soft, rounded corners
- - Short blades may not reach the full height of tall layer cakes
