What we liked
- + One flat edge for smoothing icing plus six serrated edges for different patterns across the two pieces
- + Heavy duty aluminum made in the USA, where most comb sets at this price are plastic
- + From Ateco, a family-run maker of professional baking and decorating tools since 1905
Trade-offs
- - Hand wash and dry is recommended, so these are not dishwasher tools
- - Two pieces only, and the listing highlights do not give the comb dimensions or tooth spacing
