What we liked
- + 3D rose molds create full flower shapes without hand-building petals
- + Set of 3 gives different flower styles for bouquet arrangements
- + Works with chocolate and candy as well as fondant
Trade-offs
- - Molded roses look less delicate than hand-made sugar flowers
