What we liked
- + Heavy gauge aluminized steel that the listing says resists warping and heats evenly without hot spots.
- + Easy-release surface and a slim stackable design that saves cabinet space.
- + OXO is a trusted kitchen brand, and the pan is for the standard muffin and cupcake size.
Trade-offs
- - Priced much higher than most 12 cup muffin pans, so it is a premium pick.
- - Standard 12 cup only, so mini and jumbo batches need a different pan.
