What we liked
- + Two 8 x 2.25 inch heart pans in one set, ready for a layered heart cake.
- + Includes 60 precut parchment sheets with handles, which the listing says make lifting out the cake easier.
- + Aluminum alloy construction for heat conduction, listed as suited to birthdays, weddings and Valentine's Day.
Trade-offs
- - Eight inches is smaller than the old 10 inch pan, so serving count is lower.
- - The listing recommends hand washing only, because the aluminum can darken in a dishwasher.
