What we liked
- + Bow shape fits the popular coquette and bow party trend
- + Flexible silicone peels away from the cake easily
- + 9.5 Inch size makes a centerpiece cake for small parties
Trade-offs
- - Silicone needs a baking sheet underneath for support
- - Soft molds can bulge, so shapes may be less crisp
