What we liked
- + 6 colors give shimmer options for both cakes and drinks
- + Edible luster swirls nicely in cocktails for a shimmer effect
- + Dry dust can be brushed on or mixed into paint
Trade-offs
- - Fine dust makes a mess if the jar is opened too quickly
- - Shimmer in drinks settles, so stirring is needed before serving
