What we liked
- + Eighteen rounds in three sizes (6, 8 and 10 inch), matching a typical three-tier stack.
- + Single wall C-flute corrugated cardboard, 1/8 inch thick, and listed as freezer safe.
- + White top shows off icing, and the listing says the kraft side is rated food safe for direct contact.
Trade-offs
- - Single wall corrugated board is not a heavy duty drum for very large cakes.
- - The boards are uncoated, so very moist or greasy cakes may need a liner.
