What we liked
- + PP plastic handles are easy to wash and resist moisture
- + Lightweight spatulas reduce hand fatigue on long sessions
- + Three common blade sizes for everyday decorating
Trade-offs
- - Plastic handles feel less sturdy than wood or metal
- - Blades may bend if used to lift heavy cake layers
