What we liked
- + 6 textures across just 3 scrapers keep the set small and easy to store
- + Two-sided plastic combs let beginners try several looks on practice cakes
- + Light colors make it easy to see frosting build-up while you scrape
Trade-offs
- - Smaller range than the 6-pack version from the same brand
- - Plastic may bend under pressure on firm, chilled ganache
