What we liked
- + Large 14 ounce can, which lasts longer than the 5 ounce baking sprays at a modest price.
- + The listing says all Crisco cooking sprays are alcohol-free and that flavor of the food comes through.
- + A well-known brand that is easy to find, and made for keeping food from sticking.
Trade-offs
- - The listing does not say whether it contains flour, so it may leave a greasier film than flour-added sprays.
- - Bullets are brief with no detail on coverage or performance in detailed pans.
