What we liked
- + Cushioned handle is listed to make pressing through rolled dough easier on the hand
- + Listing states use for cookie dough, fondant and clay, so one set covers several jobs
- + Established baking brand with a small, manageable set of assorted shapes
Trade-offs
- - Only four pieces, so shape choice is limited compared with larger sets
- - Plastic cutters generally give a softer edge than thin stainless steel on thick dough
