What we liked
- + Ready to use: the listing says it can be applied with a brush, sponge or airbrush without thinning.
- + 100 percent edible paint in a 25 ml bottle, and the listing says the dry lustre surface leaves no smudges or dust.
- + Same Rainbow Dust paint line as the earlier metallic pick, with a gold shade that suits borders and highlights.
Trade-offs
- - Single 25 ml bottle in one color, so a multi-color metallic palette means buying more bottles.
- - The listing gives little detail on drying time or coverage, so plan a test patch on spare fondant first.
