What we liked
- + 16-gauge anodized aluminum that the listing says will not rust, peel or flake, and is made without PFAS, PTFE or PFOA.
- + Interior measures 7 x 11 x 2 inches, a compact size for small sheet cakes, brownies and bar cookies.
- + Rated up to 550 degrees F, and listed as built for both home and commercial kitchens.
Trade-offs
- - At 5.5 cups it is small, so it will not serve a large party crowd.
